Abstract
This article aims to examine the differences between the understanding of Descartes in Sport Philosophy and General Philosophy, and to note the attitude to Descartes Philosophy in Korean sport studies in order to understand why the research of Descartes Philosophy was stopped in Korean sport studies. The theory of mind-body dualism was perceived as a wrong theory in philosophy of sport because it was thought to hinder the academic legitimacy of sport studies. Descartes’ dualistic body theory, in particular, has been recognized as a philosophy that hinders the development of sport studies over the past 40 years or so. Philosophy in sport has long been a perception that Descartes is not a hopeful philosophy in sport studies because he denies the body. The fixed judgment on the philosophy of Descartes was converted to the value judgement of Descartes philosophy, leading to the discontinuation of the study of Descartes philosophy. However, contrary to the circumstances of Korean sport philosophy, Cartesian philosophy in modern philosophy has been constantly studied to the extent that it forms an independent field. Especially since Cartesian mechanics can function as a basis for understanding the philosophical foundations of sports (natural) science, researches on Descartes need to be resumed as a bridge for resolving misunderstandings about Descartes and understanding sport studies.

Abstract
This study points out the problems by analyzing the status of students’ rights to learn and the policies to protect learning rights from 2005 to the present, conducted by the National Human Rights Commission of Korea in 2019. As a result, the Korean sports industry was structurally first, and the policy of fostering young sports athletes led by the state was fixed. Second, the way to go to school that does not require academic and athletic activities. Third, the closed structure of the career path of student players was pointed out as the cause. And as a cognitive problem, first, blind faith in the empirical knowledge of sports. Second, it was pointed out that there was no dialogue due to the lack of information about the life of the athlete. In addition, there was a problem with the countermeasures. First, there was no underlying solution. Second, it was difficult to apply to sports sites. Third, he argued that the process of not using all the good countermeasures so far has been repeated due to the absence of dialogue. Therefore, based on the contents reviewed, the direction of the policy to protect the right to learn was suggested. First, in order to protect the compulsory education of elementary and middle schools, it is a rule to prohibit class defects. Second, high school is expected to have a class deficiency, so it is imperative to take supplementary classes. And the learning guarantee system should be applied well. In addition, it was required that all students and athletes be prepared to apply daily and weekly training time limits and apply them strictly.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the power distance beliefs of university Taekwondo players, the ability to perform games, and the willingness to participate. To this end, the researchers randomly selected 15 teams from Taekwondo majors in universities located in Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, and Jeonbuk, and extracted samples from a total of 384 people. Of these, a total of 368 data were used for analysis, except for 16 copies, which were judged to lack consistency in response. The survey tool was used by revising and supplementing the structured questionnaire used in the previous research, and the researcher and research assistant were placed in each university campus or conducted through the Google questionnaire. To verify the hypothesis of this study, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and median multiple regression analysis were performed used the Window SPSS 22.0 program. The results of the analysis were as follows. First, the power distance belief had a partial negative effect on the performance ability (performance success, psychological maturity). Second, the power street belief had a negative effect on the intention to continue participation. Third, the performance performance (performance success, psychological maturity, performance maturity) had a positive (+) effect on the participation intention. Fourth, the mediating effect of performance success and psychological maturity was verified in the relationship between power distance belief and participation intention. It is expected that this study will contribute to the basic data for understanding and rethinking the power distance beliefs of Taekwondo players in the future.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the development of life skills-cultivating School Athletic Club program and to explore the patterns of participants’ life-skills revelation. Participants were athletic director(n=1), coach(n=1), parents(n=3), and student-athletes(n=7). Data were collected from literature review, in-depth interviews, observation, director’s journal entries, and student athlete’s life skill journal entries. Data were analyzed through open coding, axial coding and selective coding. Findings are as follows. First, the development processes of the life skills-cultivating School Athletic Club Program were: ① organization preparation for sharing educational values of life skills among stakeholder, ② focusing on holistic growth through the cultivation of life skills, ③ implementation preparation regarding logistical matters on time, location, administrative level of approval, ④ identifying four areas of life skills(Work well, Interact well, Solve well, Hope well; WISH), and ⑤ adopting methods for creating a positive atmosphere, providing indirect/direct experiences, and self-reflection. Second, the student-athlete’s life skills revelation patterns were categorized as: ① Advisors: participants who encourage people around them to practice life skills ② Self-concentrated developers: participants who focus on practicing their own life skills ③ Drop-outs: participants who try to accept a life skill immediately after a life skills learning activity, but gradually remiss practice ④ Neglectors: participants who are indifferent to life skills approach. Based on this we discussed that it was difficult to expect consistent positive effects from all student-athletes participating in the life skills cultivating program, and that specialized strategies for each pattern are needed.

Abstract
This research aims to examine how bicycle race is perceived in our society through a Big Data-based text-mining analysis. Data were collected from the major internet portal sites such as Naver and Daum by using Textom, an data analysis tool, and only those published during the period from June 16th, 2018 to June 16th, 2020 were collected. Textmining was applied to the collected data and then they were visually analyzed through a CONCOR analysis. Throughout these processes, the following findings were discovered. First, the ten words highly ranked in the keyword analysis result were COVID-19, KCYCLE·KBOAT Fund Rasing Office, stadium closure, bicycle racer, bicycle, extension, frame, recommendation, spread, and Korea Sports Promotion Foundation. The eight major groups produced by the CONCOR analysis includes ‘direction of bicycle race management’, ‘bicycle race trading’, ‘solution for speculative betting’, ‘award-winning career issue’, ‘racer branding’, ‘consideration for bicycle race products’, ‘trade of bicycle race products’ and ‘means for online promotion’. The word most often mentioned with the keyword ‘bicycle race’ is COVID-19, which has emerged as the biggest social issue during this period, For the past two years. On the other hand, the words relevant to betting have often been mentioned as those in the ‘bicycle race trading’ group, indicating that, for the participants in the bicycle race, betting information has one of the most important concerns. Meanwhile, ‘award-winning career issue’ and ‘racer branding’ are two groups, from which the public interests in the information of bicycle racers, especially their award-winning career, could be inferred. The groups such as ‘consideration for bicycle race products’ and ‘trade of bicycle race products’ suggest that bicycle racing has become a significant part of public sports. At the same time, the negative public perception of bicycle race is also identified from the group of ‘solution for speculative betting’ but the keyword of the ‘means for online promotion’ group is expected to be useful for future marketing to bring out positive effects.

Abstract
The purpose of the study was to ensure whether schools are well equipped with first generation Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design(CPTED) especially when they are expected to open up their sport facilities for the use of the community. The participants of the study were 21 schools in Seoul that participated in CPTED pilot projects organized by the Ministry of Education (participant schools) and 21 Seoul-based schools that did not participate (non-participant schools). To achieve the purpose of the study, a six-point scale questionnaire was reorganized based on the ‘School CPTED Guidelines in Seoul’ released by the Seoul Metropolitan Council to identify the level of safety accident prevention in playgrounds and gyms. The questionnaire was completed by teachers/administrative staff in charge of playgrounds and gyms at each school. Afterwards, the collected data were analyzed for descriptive statistics and independent sample t-test using the SPSS 21.0 program. The results of the independent t-test revealed that only two items in playground and one item in gym showed statistical difference between participant schools and non-participant schools. For the playground, participant schools had higher means in whether visitors and students had separate path to the playground. And they also had higher mean for the item on installation of emergency bell in the playground. For gyms, participants schools had higher mean in whether they had a visibility to the inside of gym through the gate.

Abstract
The This study is a self-research on the instructor’s experience and concerns in career education in the department of physical education. It focused on exploring the experience of an individual who is striving for career education of students in the department of physical education, and examining the personal social needs and the concerns that emerged in the process. For this purpose, it adopted an autobiographical method for introspective recollection and used narrative writing for analysis and description. This study vividly captured the experience of career education in the department of physical education and discussed the challenges required for the qualitative development of career education. The result of the study demonstrated that the instructor was feeling ‘lost’ among confused job/career-related programs, unclear career path in physical education, and students without dreams. In this process, it presented the need for an "educational community" to explore what and how to educate in order to ‘navigate through’ the challenges in future career education in the physical education department. In addition, it intended to seek the direction of career education in the department of physical education through the role of an instructor practicing a ‘small attempt’ to find career-related dreams for students in the field of physical education.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the conflict factors that have occurred since the integration of regional sports associations. The Delphi survey was conducted in the first and second rounds from October 15, 2019 to April 10, 2020 and was intended to gather diverse opinions from a group of 30 experts. As a result, it was categorized into eight categories, with 34 sub-factors. As a result of analyzing the priorities of each categorization, 1. Conflict on law reform (Need to upgrade the status of the local sports council following the revision of the National Sports Promotion Act) 2. Lack of system for advanced countries(Difficulties in the establishment of advanced country type system due to the integration of school sports, sport for all and elite sports) 3. Conflict on reform(Inequality Personnel Problems-The opacity of the appointment and promotion criteria) 4. Conflict on human relations(a war of nerves according to the factions according to integration & a war of nerves between the members of an organization following integration) 5. Conflict on the selection of civilian chairman(The exclusion of the heads of local governments raises concerns about problems with local government funding) 6. Conflict by sports group(Operation divided into professional and sports for all within the same sports) 7. Conflict with sports association and public sports club(The role of sports associations and public sports clubs is ambiguous) 8. Conflict on project promotion was analyzed in order of priority(Lack of strategies for the development of sports associations to strengthen self-sustaining power). It is expected that these findings will be used as basic data for the efficient operation of local sports councils.

Abstract
This study aims to put and clarify the meaning of elderly women’s body changing through the sports participation following the aging. In this research, the qualitative method was utilized and nine female elderly were selected as sports participants in swimming, rhythm gymnastic and yoga. Additionally, the types of the data collection applied to the study consist of in-depth interview and non-participant observation, which was analyzed by two different ways, Domain Analysis and Classification Analysis. In consequence, the conclusion can be summarized into following parts. First, the meaning of the sports activities for the elderly women as getting old appeared as a mechanism for holding the health and building bodies, a delay in aging, a reconfirmation of physical abilities, and an opportunity for maintaining femininity and reassurance. Second, female elderly people generally experience frustration in their older bodies in the beginning of participation in sports, but, due to continuously participating, they finally become to accept the senility and recognize the alternative body images and values of it. In turn, this paper can be regarded that they interpret their successfully aging lives in positive ways, as the energetic activities such as the sports participation support them to variously accommodate the meaning of changed bodies resulting from the senility.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine discourse of student-athlete’s right for learning. Content analysis was used to systematically classify 181 related studies. As a result, support for learning right, support for training right, and neutral stance formed the discourse in academia. First, the discourse on support for learning right was dominant flow of academia, which consisted of educational values, re-socialization, basic rights, and policy outcomes as main grounds. This discourse reflected the beliefs and attitudes of Korean society and researchers on school education, which also influenced the perspective of re-socialization. Second, the discourse on support for training right was limited quantitatively, but it contributed to take precautions against unilateral flow of knowledge. This discourse took a different approach to educational value and considered the existence of elite sport policy a fundamental problem. Lastly, the neutral discourse focused on practice (means) rather than student-athlete’ right for learning (purpose). This approach led to ‘system improvement’ which is the grounds for neutral discourse. In conclusion, This study provided an opportunity to take precautions against the dominant discourse (support for learning right) and consider various perspectives on student-athlete’s right for learning.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to draw up future tasks for the sports world expected in the post-pandemic age and to present appropriate response strategies. In order to achieve such objectives, literary studies and Delphi investigation were utilized, and major results are as follows. First, the future tasks for sports policies in the post-pandemic era were found to be ‘agency to respond to pandemic(short term approach strategy)’, ‘combination of sports and untact industry(mid/long-term approach strategy)’, and ‘ownership of sports site data(mid/long-term approach strategy)’. Second, for response strategy per future task, provisions for the installation of local sports foundations should be added to install agencies that can respond to pandemics. Third, combination with virtual contents, construction of omni-channels, and development and advancement support of IoT equipment are needed to combine the sports and untact industries. Fourth, data ownership must be recognized according to the Civil Act to procure data ownership of sports sites and bargaining groups and player contracts should be discussed based on this. Abstract
3 stage didim(DG) gait including gul-sin and 3 stage didim has been considered one of the main factors in improving the physical function of the elderly. However, studies that quantitatively analyze the exercsie effect of 3 stage gait are insufficient. The purpose of this study was to analysis the kinematic differences of DG and the normal gait(NG) to analyze the exercise effect of DG. The participants were 7 college students majoring in Korean dance with more than 10 years Korean dance experience. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, we performed 3D Motion Analysis, Ground reaction force, and EMG analysis and participants walked at 80 beat/s as normal speed and 95 beat/s as fast speed for control gait speed. Two-way ANOVA with repeated measures was conducted to compare the differences. As a result, DG showed increased ROM in the ankle than NG, and showed a difference in speed. DG showed higher EMG activities in rectus femoris, vastus lateralis, biceps femoris, tibialis anterior, and soleus than NG. DG showed increased compression force in hip and knee joint and shearing force in ankle joint and decreased shearing force in knee joint. DG showed increased torque in hip extension and hip abduction than NG. In conclusion, DG could contribute to improving ROM and lower limbs strength than NG. However, when performeing Korean dance for the elderly, it is necessary to minimize the force on the lower limb joint.

Abstract
This study aimed to evaluate correlations between body composition, lower extremity physique, physical fitness, muscular strength, and anaerobic capacity in adolescent athletes. A total of 178 middle and high school athletes (69 boys and 109 girls) participated. The length of the lower limb and the circumference of the thigh were measured as the lower extremity physique, and a standing long jump and a sergeant jump test were conducted as a fitness test. In addition, isokinetic maximum muscle strength (IS) at 60°/s and anaerobic power (AP; peak power, mean power, and fatigue index) was measured. Correlations between body composition, lower body physique, physical fitness, isokinetic muscle strength, and anaerobic power were analyzed and the results are as follows. The height and the leg length were correlated with IS and AP in both genders, but the mean power of boys showed a moderate positive correlation(r=.472, p<.01), and the other variables in both genders showed a low positive correlation(p<.05, .01). The body weight and the thigh circumference were lowly correlated with AP (p<.01). The body fat percentage was moderately negatively correlated in the left extensor muscle strength of boys(r=-.409, p<.01), and both boys and girls showed a low negative correlation in different muscle strength(p<.05, .01). There were moderate positive correlations between physical fitness and the mean power in both genders(r=.402∼632, p<.01). The isokinetic strength in boys was moderately positively correlated with the fitness test(p<.01). The extensor strength was lowly positively correlated with the peak power of boys(p<.01), the mean power was lowly positively correlated with IS in girls, and moderately positively correlated with IS in boys(r=.435∼563, p<.01). The fatigue index in both genders was lowly negatively correlated with the flexor strength. In conclusion, the anaerobic performance correlated with body composition, lower extremity physique, and physical fitness of adolescent athletes and it also showed a correlation between IS and AP. It is thought that each factor affects anaerobic ability.
